Dr. Bareja is interested in developing approaches to derive biological insight from multi-omics and biological "big" data. His areas of interest include aging, stem cell biology, and cancer. He also has a strong interest in teaching and developing novel curricula, and is an active member of Duke's +Data Science and Center for Computational Thinking.
