Luca Pinello, PhD, is an associate professor of pathology at Harvard Division of Medical Sciences. He is actively involved in the single-cell community and part of the Human Cell Atlas initiative, proposing computational strategies to model gene expression variability, its relationship with chromatin accessibility and DNA methylation, and to reconstruct developmental trajectories.
